J.V. Price Ltd reach an all time high in Milton Keynes
J.V. Price Ltd part of The Price Group, the company synonymous for more than Forty
years with top class cleaning across London and the South of England, has been trusted
with the Window Cleaning of one of the most prestigious buildings in Milton Keynes,
The Hub MK.
The new contract for the landmark building in the center of Milton Keynes involves
a comprehensive window cleaning specification to all 6 residential buildings on
the site with the largest at 14 floors.
The contract was placed by Countrywide Property Management who are the Facilities
Management company for residential developments throughout the UK.
To win the contract, J.V. Price Ltd clearly identified the client objectives and
proposed a Window cleaning regime demonstrating high levels of innovation and flexibility
due to the issue we may have on site with weather dictating if we can work or not.
Having just opened an office in Milton Keynes and have staff that live and work
in the area we could offer a service to supply the Hub Mk with its on dedicated
2 man window cleaning team headed up our Milton Keynes area Manager.
JVP operatives had to be trained on the Tractel Cradle System that has been installed
on 5 of the 6 buildings on site. We had six of our Milton Keynes team trained to
make sure that cover is available on the contract should it be needed. The last
of the six buildings is not fitted with a cradle system, a spider hydraulic access
platform had to be supplied from Capital Access, Hemel Hempstead to reach the windows
and at the same time not damage the paving to the piazza.
This is a fantastic contract win for our new Milton Keynes office based in Bletchley.
