J V Price Ltd services ensure local business launches on time.
The full range of J V Price Ltd services were brought in to enable local company,
Kings House Business Centre, to move in on schedule and looking its best recently.
This building which had been unoccupied for 10 years, required extensive cleaning
and repairs to bring it up to the prestige standard expected by the client. The
outside cladding and glazing were first cleaned and an assessment of each glass
panel revealed a number which needed replacing. The Glazing Division duly installed
the new panels the following week, some of which required opaque security film in
confidential areas.
Next the interior fabric was addressed and the toilet areas received a full acid
clean which saved replacing the sanitary ware in most areas. The office areas were
fully refurbished and J V Price operatives were able to attend site and clean up
after completion of work by each contractor so that areas could be sealed after
cleaning. On the eve of moving J V Price operatives worked through the night to
ensure all areas were ready for business. The following morning a final sparkle
clean, once the clients staff were in place, ensured that as business started the
clients offices were immaculate.
J V Price staff now carry out the office cleaning daily as well as planned glazing
and cladding cleaning throughout the year.
