J.V. PRICE LTD SIGNS UP TO COMPETENCY CHECKER
J.V. Price Ltd has become one of the first commercial contractors in London and
South East to sign up to the innovative Competency Checker Online Service.
Competency Checker (CC) - which was successfully launched on the 9th October at
the Federation of Window Cleaners Exhibition in Blackpool - is an exciting new web-based
service that gives Property Managers and other Duty Holders the ability to instantly
check the qualifications and competency of a window cleaner.
Clients simply visit competency checker and enter the cleaner's name. They then
have access to that cleaner's training records, including training completed, training
pending, and the current level of competency obtained.
They can also view important corporate documents such as Health and Safety and Insurance
Policies.

one of the first companies in London to sign our window cleaners through and successfully
complete the City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 with a 100% pass rate. We invest a great
deal of money in training each year, so the opportunity to be one of the first commercial

much easier for our clients to review the staff training records and company details,
it also is helping us towards our ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation by being
much greener than having to send all details in paper form."
