need a single treatment to solve them and you may not need pest control again for
some time.

Rodent Control
Rats can transmit many diseases to humans, including Salmonellas (food poisoning)
and Wail's disease. Rats will eat or contaminate food intended for humans. It is
estimated that up to 5% of food produced world-wide is lost as a result of rodent
activity they will also damage buildings and other structures due to gnawing and
burrowing.
Rats are adaptable, highly mobile and breed rapidly. This combination makes rat
control a difficult task for the untrained individual.
Our fully trained Pest Control Officers will provide a service for the treatment
of rats in commercial properties. We will survey the infestation, then place poison
bait in the most appropriate locations, followed by a visit to ensure the success
of the treatment.
Bird Proofing
Feral birds carry disease bacteria including E-Coli, Salmonella and respiratory
infections. Acids within fouling stain and weaken stone and brickwork. Nests and
faeces provide breeding and feeding grounds for insect pests. Fouling makes walkways
slippery and unsafe, not to mention very unsightly.
J.V. Price Ltd can thoroughly clean and disinfect such areas, leaving them safe
to work in or maintain as needed. Feral birds will roost and breed once they are
established the flock will only grow unless you act that is where we can help. With
many different types of methods we can prevent and cure a feral bird problem, these
include Bird-Net, Bird-Wire and Bird-Spike. We also offer a falconry service for
very large areas not suitable for physical proofing.
